Glaze and cleaner/wax?

My silver paint is in good shape. Only the hood, roof and trunk have spirals and require polishing. For these I am considering using ScratchX by hand. I would then like to use a cleaner wax to mildly clean the paint, and then wax.



1. Hood, roof, trunk (ScratchX)

2. Cleaner Wax

3. Wax



Is this a good or proper plan? Do you have a better one?
