Glass Polishing: Lake Country Glass Polishing kit reivew and instrucitons

Sorry for the confusion. The Lake Country factory direct kit features the Yellow Pads I believe, the ones sold by the E-retailers are slightly different. Autogeek has the pads for sale seperately but apparently that is the only way they can be purchased!

I should have clarified that better. I saw the kit for sale at CMA, then contacted Lake Country direct, as I can see the confusion in the way I worded my post.

Right on! Thanks for the follow-up, Todd.

Sorry for bringing up an old topic :doh

I wish I would have seen this before yesterday's "adventure".

I have an Audi A4, that has ALOT of swirls, light scratches on all the glass (previous owner must not have not taken caution when deicing the windows).

I purchased the Diamondite kit from Autogeek. And tried to use it via a PC per their instructions (I even called in and spoke with someone, he told me something different then what the instructions said, he said just crank it to 6).

Anyways, like you said, using a PC it is a GREAT glass cleaner, restorer if you will. But does nothing for the markings.

I am going to speak with Autogeek tomorrow about this, and try to get another kit sent out. And rent/borrow a Rotary.

Will the rotary be "safe" to use on all glass? Or just the windshield?

Also do you think one 4oz bottle would be enough to do all the glass?
