I finally had the chance to try one of these a week ago. I don't totally understand how and why they work the way they do. But WOW!!! Is all I can say. I think I have found my new glass towels.

I am seriously considering picking up a dozen or more and using them for windows in my house as well.

Hey Troy, did you use them as they come or with glass cleaner?

On the interior I use a towel soaked in very hot water. Wring the towel out and wipe the glass. Then with dry microfiber piece, completely dry it off. Sometimes do both interior and exterior in this manner and it makes the glass almost invisible. On exterior glass with dried splattered bugs and dust and dirt, I use a hot large damp bath towel and lay it on the glass for under a minute then rub the debris off, dry and then clean with commercial windshield cleaner.

I believe it was on Poor Boy's site where BigLeegr discussed the science behind glass cleaner. Window Cleaning Solutions

If you read the post it would seem to imply that putting cleaner on the glass is the way to go. He also explains the science behind streaking. I almost always apply the cleaner to the glass and wipe dry. The only exceptions are the inside of the windshield and inside of the back light (commonly called the rear window).
