Giving more props to Danase

I finally got the chance to order for the first time from Bob and I have to say he will definitely be getting my business in the future! He went the extra mile on helping me decide on products. I finally placed the order at like 9 PM last night, and when I checked my email just now I already had an email confirmation at 8AM that my order had shipped. :wow:
 
Bob at Danase and Patrick at Excel have been the best online vendors I have used..they take their business personal ..they go the extra mile to help...



Bob has developed a nice store with a great selection...I already have a order ready to send in for spring...I like the Idea he has the CCS pads in 5.5 inch...the perfect PC size...

I saw those and decided to try an orange one. Hopefully it will help speed up the polishing process. :xyxthumbs
 
I think we all can agree that we hate paying shipping on the products we order, but when shopping with Bob it doesn't even phase me because of



1. His great rates

2. You know your money is being put into use right away by Bob shipping out so quickly

3. He's a Michigander and we all know to support our fellow Michiganders small businesses :)



Too many times I have ordered from companies, whether car care products or other e-retailers and I have had to wait 7 days for it to get here from Florida. :hifive: for Bob!

7 days? I typically wait 10-14 days for my shipments!
 
7 days? I have never really waited that long.

Zaino, Danase, Autogeek, Properautocare, Werkstatts, and OCDGarage all get them here faster than that. And I am in Florida.
 
I just had to give a followup on my order experience with Bob. He had forgotten to send me the free microfiber for spending $50, and even though I said it was OK and he could catch me the next time I ordered, he said he couldn't do business that way. So he immediately sent me the towel the next day, and to my great surprise he ended up sending me five towels!!! Bob, you are the man!

I know noone has responded to this, but just in case anyone reads this...I don't mean it takes 14 days for me to recieve my orders from Danase, I mean generally.
