Gift Certificates?

Anyone ever had problems redeeming a gift certificate? I bought 5 last time they were offered and could not use them today. I sent an email to customer service, but I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem.
 
Major bummer, at least we all know Autogeek will make it right.

Never had issues before with gift certificates on AG. Always wish I would buy about $500 more after their all spent.

Out of curiosity, are you making major purchase or just restocking?
 
I responded directly as well, but for anyone else wondering what to do in these situations, just give us a call or leave a note in the comments section of the order with the gift certificate codes and we can get the order adjusted for you.
 
I just used the balance i had left on a gift card I bought during the gift card sale in December with no issue`s. Love using them during a big sale.
 
Liz contacted me and everything is cool. No major purchase this time, just restocking. I’ll post a pic when everything arrives. This will be my largest order since the good old days of the Connect program. Boy I miss that program.
