This is an interesting discussion area. I am curious for those that hire what is the usual wage? From the threads so far, the practical income is $50/hr with a good 2 details (2 details) per day a best average case. I know day labor people are cheap but usually a good idea but what is a typical hired staff wage?

to start welcome to the site....you might want to try the search feature for this we have had quite a few discussions about hiring help with lots of pro's & con's

But to answer your question quickly, what people can charge and what do you pay hired help...depends on where you live

Thanks for fast response. I looked through most of the threads but I never saw a salary discussion per say. I was looking for a generally full time employee person not a part timer.

What about North Carolina in one of the major cities such as Charlotte?
