Gave the Leon a much needed detail today..

As ive been so busy doing everyone elses cars mine had become ever so slightly dirty and due to the nearby roadworks it was covered in tar, so i took the day off work today and gave the car some TLC



Process was:



Washed with Nxt and lambswool mits using the 2 bucket method



dried with MF's



Tar removed using Autosmart Tar and Glue Remover



Clayed a couple of spots



ssr2 on a couple of bits where there was light swirls

Zymol



Autoglym class cleaner on the windows



Megs tyre gel for the tyres and armoral for the arches



Nxt on the wheels after a quick clay



Megs Metal polish on the exhaust



No befores as i forgot :o but here are a few afters :woot2:

Its a 1.8T 225bhp engine, its the same engine as the Audi S3, Audi TT etc.



The cars basically a mk 4 Golf but with seat bodywork and an Audi A3 Interior :D
 
yeah the xenon's are a recent modification, and the best one to date, except for all the bottles of polish and wax etc etc :chuckle:
 
just a dynatwist induction kit but as soon as the icy road conditions clear up i shall be getting an engine re-map courtesy of Revo :2thumbs:
 
Looks pretty wet. :)



I would have stopped at the P21S, but Souveran would really make that red pop with wetness and gloss.
