Gas prices in your AREA

Yeah, 20 cents cheaper upstate. But if I drive over to Williamstown Mass., 20 minutes away, it's 12 cents cheaper there. Has to do with the taxes we pay in this lovely state. Go figure.

I just filled up with 91 Octane (they call that Premium here) for 1.08/gallon. If I want to wait in line at Sam's Club I can get it for under 1/gallon.
 
Here in SF Bay Area:

regular (87) is about $1.55/gallon

premium (91) is about $1.75/gallon



The real mystery to me is this: the prices in Roseville (about 130 miles North) are now the same as here. I used to fill up there for 8-12 cents less/gallon.
 
I predict that gas prices will double by the time we hack Iraq, and then there will be lines at the gas stations again.....



I also predict that in the year 2005, a Klasse 5 comet named Zainofire will pass through our solar system and its intense reflection from the sun will blind 24.5% of the people in the Northern Hemisphere.

Over $1.10 for regular.

Over $1.40 for super.

Good thing I have a Sams Club clsoe by to get gas. I usually save close to 10 cents/gallon. Costco is about the same savings but there are no warehouses with gas stations locally.
 
Regular, in upstate N.Y. has gone from $1.08, to $1.35 in just the last 6 weeks or so. Gee, you don't suppose that the oil companies realize that the summer driving season is just around the corner?

And we had the mildest winter in the northeast on record, so crude oil supplies should be adequate. You don't think their just trying to get in our pockets again, do you?

Nah! They wouldn't think of doing such a thing! Anymore that the politicians would think about raising our taxes or such! I guess I was just having an Exxon moment! Enjoy!
 
Well here in Puerto Rico, for some reason gas is done in Liters.. and right now its about .40 per liter for Premium..



a quick conversion gives me that its 1.51 per gallon..



cost me $28 to fill up the Pathy..
 
$1.19-$1.29 for the cheap stuff here on the south side of Atlanta. I use premium for the Z06 and Midgrade for the 540. Thats what is recommended for both car by manufactor.
 
Now up to $1.46 for regular and $1.76 for premium. It gone up almost 40 cents a gallon over the couple weeks or so....what a joke. :mad:
