Fun with a Vantage in an Aston dealership.

Couldn't have been that soft :)... 1200rpm on the rotary to finish up ;).

Thing looks stunning. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for Astons. Their styling and exhaust note are second to none.

Are you attending the grand opening? Sounds like a fun event.

Drooling.... I have a pretty exceptional car but that Vantage makes me think about getting a night job. Problem with Bents and Astons (besides the cash..) you gotta dress the part. Nice job.

Mind if I ask what you used on the glass?

Z5pro on the outside; quickshine to clean up on the inside.

Ya, this one wasn't as soft as others I have worked on. Still soft though. I was invited to the opening but my wife is sick, so I had to stay home. Oh well, wife comes first. :)

Thanks guys.

Picus- Interesting about the paint being soft on those, thanks for mentioning it.

Q: how are the doorhandles? The way you have to touch the paint to operate them has always bugged me...

Oh man, those door handles... every owner has said the same thing to me in e-mails or on the phone. It goes like this:

Me: Any particular areas of concerns...

Them: Well, not really, oh... the door handles are destroyed.

Here is an e-mail I got from the owner of that car last night after the detail:

"> The car looked great, thank you.

> With all the folks trying the door to see if it was open, I suspect that

> the next time I need a wash, it will need a touchup or two."

They are cool, they work, and the way the door opens and closes is amazing, but they are a detailers nightmare. :)

You've just shown me a reason to be proud to be British :p

Amazing car, and extra-amazing work there bud.

PS. Wetstuff : if you're driving a car THAT stunning, who gives a sh.. what you're wearing. I'd wear a freaking dress to drive that motor :grinno: :2thumbs:

Yet another great example of your excelent work PICUS!! Additionally, that Aston is one of teh best examples of how a car can be simply stunning without The Jetson's styling cues. It's a fairly simple design, but it works so well! Pure Beauty! I have pics of a yellow vantage from the NYIAS show and it has become my favorite yellow. I don't even recall seeing a metallic yellow before seeing that Vantage! STUNNING CAR AND COLOR!!

Man thats one bad *** ride :woot2:

That color and depth is soooo.....<fill the blank here>
