Full paint correction and then some!! *56k beware*

Now with out thread jacking, I must say I'm intrigued by the plasti dip ( ok ok so I've been out of the loop for a little while) what is it's durability like and how do you maintain it? Is it a long term solution of just a quick fix???



Some times living in Australia really does suck, just checked and there is only one distributor here and he is asking $33 each can so it's not on my must test list at the moment.

Wow. Nice work. Car looks great. I'm impressed with the fact that you put in four hours on the wheels. Also, nice job covering everything with plastic prior to spraying the wheel wells and the door trim. Over spray can get everywhere and travel quite a distance when you are using a spray can. Don't ask me how I know...
 
Pro or not good work is good work and this is good correction!, next time as a suggestion do all your paint correction first then remove the wheels like you did and while the wheels are off then dress the wheel wells and you will not have any "Re-do" tasks with compound dust getting previously cleaned areas.



Again great job.......and I thought I put lot's of 50/50 shots up (lol).





Ps to the powers that be,what happened to the feature of changing the font size and configuration?.

Well, I'm willing to try and mail some to you if you want to pay for shipping. Will the Plasti Dip make it through your customs or get confiscated? I don't want to go to jail for mailing Plasti Dip! lol



The solution appears to be pretty long-term unless you peel it off on purpose. I checked the inner fenders last weekend and they still look perfect. I just dress it with exterior plastic dressing since it's just a rubber compound and Adam's SVRT looked great on it!
 
Wow, glad I clicked on this, amazing work and very nice write-up. Thanks for the plasti dip tip, I'm going to try that myself.
 
I did the whole front of my truck. Looks so good. Remember, you ca peel it off later if you want to.
