I would wait. While you might be able to get away with using it right away, a mistake will result in permanently damaged paint. That's not worth it imo.
Ask the place where you had it done, they should give you a timeframe. It's usually at least thirty days; in the meantime, you can use a glaze instead of the sealer. It won't offer the same protection as the SG, but a little bit is better than none, imo.
I just washed and QD'ed mine for 60 days. I used Eagle One Wet Wipe N' Shine. Seeing it looking good helped me get overthe waxing itch. I still waxed the rest of the car.
Definitely wait and give the panel enough time to gas off . . . 8 to 12 weeks is adequate. Prematurely sealing the paint will most likely cause the clear coat to cloud or blister.
Ya know .. even if you do nothing but keep it clean and free of contaminats for the first 30 days the paint won't fall off .. fresh paint is pretty soft and you chance marring it by using anything on it that requires more than very light rubbing..
