Forum Sidebar

Looks like the sidebar can't be collapsed at all now? The hatred I used to have for vBulletin back when I was an admin is starting to resurface.... Buggy code makes me

Wow, I thought it was bad before, but now I can't even collapse the side-bar at all. Like I mentioned before, I don't browse the net with a maximized window, and something like the below image is really, really unusable:

We upgraded the forums last night to the newest version. It didnt fix the bug, but we are still looking into it. Hope to have it resolved soon.

It is able to be collapsed again, but it's still not staying collapsed. At least it's going in the right direction!

Hmmm, strange - mine is staying collapsed - in fact, I can't even expand it at all. I did do a quick lookup of the html source and blocked a site for Autopia (a yahooapi site I think)- I wonder if that fixed it for me...

yahooapi is used by vbulletin and other sites for certain functionalities. I hope it doesn't mess up anything else for you.

I've only checked one computer, but not only is the sidebar collapsed, it's staying collapsed :usa :thx

Lucky! I've got two computers, the sidebar isn't staying collapsed on either one despite clearing the cache, cookies, et al.

It doesn't seem to have messed up anything else, and it'll take only a couple of clicks to unblock it if I need to :)
