It`s no Ruh-Roh, I knew that which I typed. Protection is a word used a lot these days. It was "product" for us old enough to remember and one could certainly argue "protection" if your last step happens to be a glaze, finishing wax or detail spray. ;)
 
And, is a section pass just the series of back and forth in one direction, or a set in both directions (ie, using the cross hatch pattern, is one section pass just the N-S movements, or the complete cycle of N-S then E-W?)

I consider it the former, but I`ve seen this pop up from time to time.

Oh, and Ron is Da King. Especially when it comes to Poorboys ProductsB)

I think i cheated but from Mike Philips -

Section Pass
A section pass is when you move the polisher back and forth, or front to back with enough single overlapping passes to cover the entire section one time. That`s a section pass.
