Was doing a quick wipe down on my GTO this morning and ended up putting some circular scratches in the trunk lid:( . Most likely there was something in my microfiber. Usually I only need to use pf2500 or sf4000 on my car for up keep. This time I brought out the FG400 with the trusty 3401 with a orange CCS pad and boy did it finish out awesome!!! Followed it up with some sf4000 and topped it with Nattys red. Good as new!!!

I love FG400 as well but I guess I'm wondering why you would use a more aggressive polish than necessary? Light scratches would have easily come out with 2500.

Least aggressive first. If you keep chasing light swirls with a compound you will be visiting a paint shop soon.

I used it on a new Camaro a few weeks ago for the first time and was really impressed with it. It has great cutting ability and finishes down quite nicely.
