Foam Gun

I've never used one so I have a question. I have seen where some people will foam the entire vehicle and let it sit for a while. Here in houston with the heat wouldn't that be bad? Is it not like letting soap dry on the car?

I'll have to refoam every 3 seconds. Right now, (its not even that hot yet) I have to wash panel by panel on every vehicle because when I wash a door I wash it from window down. Well when I get to the bottom the window is already dry. It sucks. Maybe I'll get one and use it to cool the car down so I don't have to wash it the way I'm having to now. We'll see. Thanks

Then it doesnt sound like the foamgun is for you.

OR

You'll have to wash early in the morning or late in the evening (dawn/dusk) in the shade. You can always do what I do and use the foamgun to let the car dwell and then go to conventional two bucket method. I too get frustrated with having to rinse rinse rinse rinse if you use the foam gun beyond initial dwell.
