Foam Gun Fun

I understand using 3D Pink leaves no gloss enhancers behind and would good to use before applying wax / sealant ..

Right, not that I can recall ever having any issues do to gloss enhancers/etc. (but then I avoid "with wax!"-type shampoos). Griot`s Car Wash probably has the Gloss Enhancers, maybe some of my other shampoos do too (just don`t know for sure..) but it`s never been a problem. Even back when I used the (terrrible) TW Zip Wax shampoo things went OK.

I have it, however I have yet to use it, there hasn`t been a need. The info says that it is good for cleaning before adding wax to the car. If I have time at the end of the week, I may use it; we`ve had rain and are supposed to have more. For me personally, it is a once in a while product, i.e. if I want to add a coat of `nuba.

the reason i was wondering was for the cars that i do when its like the first time doing or its been awhile cause if i dont have to use say an ironx after washing then rewash would save some time

Use it, use it, use it. Post it, Please "picture"

Optimum as others said is good from the foam gun. Another one to consider, especially if you have a coating on your paint is Reset. It`s the one I currently use.

Have you used CGs Clean Slate yet? I`ve got it, but I`m waiting on a very dirty car to try it out on. Just wondering about the results.

Tried this out today, with only foam no 2bm. About 4oz.

Seemed to take my LSP, but more rinsing brought it back to life.
I also tried a drying aid with 4 dif. towels

Pluffle, Supra, `Chilla 16x24 , and Eagle 16x16
Pluffle was very soft, was too thin for a drying aid, felt slick & weak.
Supra was my fav. but water only drying, flat side worked OK. Grabby.
`Chilla, whatta handful, didn`t matter how I held it, worked well, covered alot of paint, slight grab.
Eagle was the smaller one, with a big personality. Glide, no grab. Slick & quick. Out performed all.
Have mainly 16X24 Eagles which will be just right !
