If FMINUS doesn't mind me answering until he gets on, the TDS is a "total dissolved solids" meter. He's probably showing that the water he's using is very "pure", probably reverse osmosis or distilled water. A TDS of zero is quite low. RO water is usually around 5-10. Tap water is probably over 100.
 
Excellent job you brought the black back to life. The afters shots of the hood are just straight up sexy!! I have to agree with you on the ONR I absolutly love that stuff!
