FLEX Swirl Finder Light Review

Awesome review! And thanks for testing it outdoors in a few of your pictures. Being mainly mobile it can be challenging to get find a good light that illuminates defects well enough to visually show and explain the issues to a customer. Thanks again. :bigups

Thank you for the review! Not sure if I would pay $40 for this light, but it looks like it's well made. I really like the idea of the rupes light, but $70 for a pen light is ridiculous! I could buy a nice Streamlight for that kind of cash.

I like it but the price is far too steep for something that simple, both companies are guilty of this. As much as I love flex & rupe's and their polishers + pads. You can get something far more efficient, powerful and durable for half the cost. These I simply can't justify, especially being the lighting fanatic I am. If they aren't powered by 18650's or better they are honestly a waste.

This ultrafire H6 will blow both the rupes and the flex out of the water. I use this and the headband really makes mobile work cake.

I also have a 7x Xm-l2 that I picked up for the same price as the flex light.

Thank you for the link! I've been looking for a good headband light for some time now. The ones I have found aren't bright enough and at 800 lumens this thing sounds legit.

Thanks Nick! You know, in the review I thought that a narrow light would be best for outdoors, but upon further testing, it's actually the bigger light that reveals the most defects, at least in my limited experience. Regardless, the adjustability makes it easy to adapt on the job. Thanks for the comments!

Cool interesting review, love to see it in different situations.

Thanks Woob! I wish I had more situations to try. Maybe soon in the upcoming weeks.

Thanks for the kind words! I like the pen light too, but not for that much money... Maybe they'll come out with a Fupes penlight?
