Flex 3401 goes bad x2

Have had a 3401 for a few years and it worked well for about 1.5 years. But the trigger stopped working here and there. I grabbed another 3401 a bit over a year ago and now this one is having the same type problems.

Not sure if the problem is the trigger but I think it is.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

I love my 3401's but I think I am a bit hard on them.

I'm on my 3rd 3401. I sent it in recently and they replaced 3 other parts as well besides the trigger. Love the machine but it isn't designed very well.

I think the biggest problem is that it's built like crap. I buy them for my shop because they are effective, fairly save, and can be pretty quick to use. Any tool that saves time is worth every penny, as payroll is a much higher expense than machines. If DeWalt would just build a d.a. that has the build quality and reliability of their rotary buffers they would be on to something.
