Flat pads?

I am looking for flat pads in 4", 5.5", and 6.5". I would like to order red, white, and orange. 4 of each color and size. I would prefer they be LC. I can't seem to find a place to buy all 3 sizes. I want just the pads with no extra blue foam. Anyone know where I can get them all?
 
Here's some good flat pads. Some guys don't like the two-layer flat pads (they're what LC refers to as "Constant Pressure"), but I do. A lot. The top layer is very firm foam. It helps prevent the center-crushing that's such a PITA on regular flat pads. I'm glad to see PAC carrying these pads again. Good stuff. Now to see if they have the smaller ones....



Edit: not seeing the smaller ones. I'd really like to find somewhere that has 4.5" in Constant Pressure, non-CCS, Flat pads.
