Flash/Trouble?

I was commenting that the reviews have not been so glowing that people are glossing over the truth which is why some were getting into trouble.

What reviews weren't "glowing"? Every one I've read give the system and its components outstanding comments.

Guys,

We like Flash/Trouble as well. But, after having a couple of discussions with him asking him to tone it down a bit, we felt on the last occasion he just wasn't listening. We only ask everyone to "play nice". We ask people to use good judgment and respect when they come here. Ultimately we have to insure to all of our members that this is a nice environment to be in. We do not mind a ?spirited? debate as long as it stays a ?friendly? spirited debate.

We also were not thrilled with his using two ID's and asked him to loose one of them.

His ban was only for seven days which has passed and he is welcome to come back in when he wants.

I liked Flash too.....until he lost control and tried threatening me on another forum when he tried spewing jiberish about info he obviously didn't know much about. I personally think he needs to take a vacation from internet for a while as this isn't the 1st time he's done this as well as being banned from just about every forum out there. When you spend that much time on the net it can't be mentally/heathy beneficial. It's one thing to be passionate about detailing, but he obviously went way overboard.

It's my understanding that Megs worked on this for several years and released the beta version out for real world testing amoung top detailers around the country. Like I stated earlier - more people, more opinions, more techniques. Add in temp/humidity changes around the country and you have the whole ball of wax. Like Todd mentioned - many tweaks were done and after all the R&D they released a very good product. I would think that any issues were reported back and solutions sought before it being sold to the detailing public. It's just good business, look at the products that failed and it usually goes back to something rushed to market with limited testing. Personally, I applaud their approach and hope other companies follow their lead. Are there other products/methods that work and give the same results - of course, but name one that is as easy and cost effective as this. While it's not the only thing in my detailing arsenal, it will be an important part of it.

And +1 on what David said!
