fk1 forum not working?

Is it just my computer or has the forum over at fk1 usa been down for the past couple weeks?

It did seem like they had trouble getting back to people and staffing the board so maybe it's shut down until they could get someone to mod it?!
 
The forum appeared to have some database problems and then the shut it down. Its been down for almost a month I think.
 
The problem was that there was no one from FK1 to man the forum. Questions were unanswered and folks, myself included, were getting a bit ticked off. My guess is that they (wisely) took it "off the air" until it can be monitored more professionally.

Yep, That too... If I had to guess, maybe the tech/forum guy is the same one that ships out the orders? And they have gotten really busy. :lmfao

The forum went un answered, but anytime I email FK with a question it gets answered usually within a 12hr period. :bigups
 
They have some serious database problems, but they will readily talk for hours on the phone with anyone and answer emails promptly.
 
FK1 was never really a major consumer vendor. They were used to selling large amounts in bulk rather than a can of wax an a qd, although they have always offered the opportunity for consumers to give them a try. But with the recent FK1 buzz many folks have swarmed to their website to place orders, and I guess they've been really bombarded with work.

I agree with the above......they do answer promptly and seem to be very knowledgable of the products.

Thats right. Last time I called them during my lunch hour and I was late getting back to work talking about chemical make-ups odf their products.

Pretty cool easy going people. Although the guy that always answers sounds like a villain from a cartoon. Again, nice people!
