OK, I have a customer coming in, in a couple of weeks, and he said that he wants to help, use his own products (zaino) and also, said that he wants me to charge him full price!!!

I don't know if he wants me to be his friend or somthing! LOL! I don't really think I'll be able to charge him the full amount, since I'll feel guilty.

Any reccomendations?

Sounds like he'd like an instructor with the Zaino. If you're going to do it then charge him full price...a session or two with you and he may not need to come back.

I would gladly pay to be able to watch and work with a person who is knowledgeable with a new product. It's 10x better than reading about it. Plus if he has a nice experience, he won't forget you down the road when he wants to try something else. Don't want to burn your bridges, but you ceratinly should be compensated for your time and knowledge.

Ditto...I dont want to think about how much I would pay to watch scottwax work....

Hell I'd go to that, only about an hr drive.

I get alot of people, friends mostly wanting me to help detail their cars for free and use there stuff, which is usually crap. I won't do it. I'd love to see some of the guys on this site detail a car and how they use the products and the PC to work their magic.

Oh, dont be afraid to make suggestions with what he is using etc. that will help the guy to come back for more 'courses' and keep him wanting more, or so it would seem.
