My Son and I finally had a nice day to try out some of my detailing tricks on his 2009 R/T. You can see my car in the reflection.

Gave it a wash and then as I do with my car took out my Master Blaster Car Dryer. IMO it's the only way to dry cars you care about. Completely dry’s the car without ever touching it, 10x's better than a leaf blower.

We used the clay bar the hood / roof and trunk

Took out the dual action (DA) and used Zaino PC cleaner/swirl remover polish

Followed by some Zaino Z2 show car polish and some Zaino Z8 detailer

Many may not know about the Zaino show car polish line, it's the only thing I use, nothing beats it.

i use the metro vac to blow off the car, i said that once on one of my posts and was chastised for it, they said what about dirt coming thru the vac it would hit the car, i mean come on, but that's just me. anyway your sons car came out great and the time you had together is priceless.

The master blaster is a dedicated car dryer. IMO I would not use a vacuum to dry the car. as I understand it the vac n blo is more from detailing /dusting than drying
