firing an employee

My question is this? Why were you not there helping him with the job. If you own the business you better be a working owner or there will never be any quality. I am a working owner and I have been for 30 years. Yep thats right i still get down on my hands and knees and I do what ever it takes. My rewards are great All my hard work enables me to take off and go to Florida for the winter months. Look nothing is easy. In this business the only thing that will get you your next detail is your PASSION not your employees.. joe
 
oh belive me i am a working owner. There are just some days when i need to be at several places at once. I own a detail center and a mobil center, everything from car to boats. cant be ever where at once. But this employee is gone and i have replaced him with some one i can trust.
