I've only encountered *one* instance where #80 failed to provide a ready-to-wax finish and required a follow-up with a milder product (and that was a weird, poorly done, fresh repaint). You can expect #80 to break down fine enough that you can go straight to your LSP. Work it until it turns clear, or sometimes, pink. Use a fairly mild polishing pad that won't leave micromarring of its own.
