Finally purchased Menzerna!

After several years of using the Klasse AIO/SG/Blitz Wax combo, I opted to try out Zaino last summer on my new 2006 Audi A3. Zaino has fared me quite well, however I wasn't crazy about the rigid steps and lack of paint polish in their kit. Instead of purchasing Z-PC for my spring detail, I opted to try Menzerna based on reviews and first hand witness of what their polishes can do.



I ordered the Menzerna from the guys at www.ocdgarage.com on monday and was expecting to receive it by wednesday based on time of purchase and proximity to their store. However, when I called on wednesday, I was informed by Brett@OCD that construction of a new building next door had severed their T1 internet connection and that they were unable to ship out anything until the connection came back online due to their UPS shipping software requiring an internet connection. However, he assured me that they were working on repairing the connection and would ship all orders out via overnight service to make up for the delay. True to his word, I received everything on Friday, in time for my weekend detail with a few extra MF applicators thrown in and a nice OCDgarage.com pen.



I'm looking forward to seeing what this Menzerna kit can do, and am impressed by how Brett@OCD went above and beyond to fulfill my order.

Brett seems to be a nice guy and very knowledgeable, but who needs a T1 to access the UPS site, I think that is a bit strange that he didn’t use dialup or another sources of internet to ship the orders on time, just IMO

Who knows, but considering that his site is done through yahoo, I'm sure CC processing as well as order info has to be accessed online. Either way, I'm more than satisfied with the outcome with both the Menzerna and the service from Brett.
