I'm pretty new at working with the car detailing stuff. so im wondering what's "POP" mean ? and... how would i make my new civic (night hawk black pearl) really really clean ? so far, i got meguiars QD, NXT wax, mag polish, armor all tire foam, meguiars clay, and about to get optimum polish. i also want to know the steps.... i also need help on how to maintain the exhaust tip clean and shiny. thanks much
 
when people say pop, theyre trying to describe how the metalic flake jumps out at you, theyre saying the paint looks great!!



i use mothers mag polish on my tailpipe
 
im working by hand man... im a pretty much newbie at detailing... but i have all those good stuff..... NXT Car wash, Megs polish, NXT Wax, Mag Polish, and a lot more..... its just i'd like to learn how to make my car shine and clean to the max... thanks
 
I also have a black car and was after the pop. I used NXT liquid wax, and it looked great. But find some Duragloss Aqua Wax spray. It's about $7 bucks, it's super easy to apply and a couple coats will really make your paint look deep, wet and will pop out the metal flake. I put it over the NXT and it really made a difference.
