Well I decided to place an order with CMA to get my 15% discount for the month of January. I ended up getting a Porter Cable Acc Kit and a bottle of Pinnacle PPCL. I am planning on getting a PC in a couple of weeks so I decided to get the kit while the discount was still in place.



I ordered today and have already gotten an email confirmation that my order has shipped. What great customer service...:xyxthumbs
 
I love the discounts with CMA, but it just encourages me to spend more $$$ on car stuff, oh well. hehe :D

I've had two customer service interactions with them, and been totally satisfied each time. :xyxthumbs
 
Just have to say I've used CMA a couple times now. So easy, so happy, gotta love 'em! My "stuff" was shipped quickly and I will be buying from them again...........

No interest in CMA just a happy customer!

I've had two great experiences with CMA as well - but I have a question..



Do you guys normally get an instant order confirmation in e-mail, then an e-mail that the order shipped? I placed an order last night, but with the baby crying and all other stuff flying around over here, I'm starting to think maybe I didn't finalize the order (since I didn't get an e-mail confirm).



Either way - service is great, and support was top notch.
 
The last order I placed (about a week ago), was shipped without the tracking information. I received the instant email confirmation, just no tracking info in a day or so. Never the less, my order had shipped, and I received it yesterday.
 
JohnN: You need to check the box at the bottom of the order page to get an email confirmation.
 
I get my stuff overnight (UPS Ground) if I order by 2 PM since I'm on the opposite coast of Florida. Great service and reasonable prices. They are a dream to work with. :bow



I got a couple of new items, so a review is in the works if the weather cooperates.
 
I've placed 4 orders with them in the past 6 months or so. And i have to agree they have great service. Now if i could only stop driving my self nuts looking at the UPS tracking page, wondering why the heck one of my packages was put on the truck for delivery at 6pm the night before. And i always seem to be the UPS ma'am's last stop.
 
i just ordered my PC 7424 and accessory kit last nite, about 20min. till midnight! :D



i also ordered my Klasse Twins from there, excellent service and fast shipping.
 
I have gotten orders that have had an email confirmation and some that didn't. Either way the product was sent.
