Ferrari As A Litter Box??

This is what happens when you leave your Ferrari sitting alone for a year in a parking garage.

Not sure who or WHAT decorated the top portions of this Mondial Ferrari but they obviously felt it needed some "natural" nourishing oils! :rofl

"Gee, I wonder if that'll buff out?"

One could most likely grow potatoes in that dust

I just threw up in my mouth a little. Geez Anthony, couldn't you have posted this after I eat dinner? :LOLOL

That is seriously disgusting. I hope it isn't as bad as a mice infested Jeep I did once...but at least you can remove the carpeting and hose it down in a Jeep pretty easily.

Wow this is interesting for two reasons. One, I am totally curious to see the afters like everyone else. Two, as I was arriving for my detail today I saw a Corvette parked in a parking garage that looked the same; a thick layer of dust. The guys whose car I detailed said it's just been sitting there for years!

Well sorry to tell ya'll but I won't be doing this car. The owner has pretty much left it there, the tires I'm sure have flat spots, the battery I know is dead and who knows what mechanical issues it has.

I do alot of cars in this garage and that Ferrari has been there for at least a year with no movement and before that it was there off and on for months at a time. It was last registered 4 years ago!

I just snapped a few pics cause I thought it was both funny and sad that a cat....I'm thinking it was a cat, pooped all over it :( :rofl

The fabric top will start rotting soon!

That's pretty bad. Theres an open lot down here where I've seen vehicles abandoned for months. Lately though they've had security going around, and if it's sitting there long enough they will tow the vehcile.

That's just sad when I hear about cars that are treated like that. You want to call the Ferrari owner and ask if he'll take $100 for it. As a Corvette lover that hurt when I read what Picus wrote... Why must humanity suffer? agh :aww:

That is sad... I would shoot the owner a lowball offer! He obviously doesnt care about the car, maybe you could clean it up and flip it for several grand:-)

I would be too worried about mechanical issues after just sitting there for a year. It may cost more to get it back up and running than it's even worth!

I don't believe these Mondials aren't that sought after by the Ferrari crowd.

I agree though, the guy should just sell it and make some change instead of having a car like that just sit there and rot.....and become a litter box :rofl

Man that's really nasty. I left my old car that long before doing anything to it and it did not look THAT bad.

I just went throught all the grief stages in succession in about 30 seconds.

Absolutely unbelievable to do that to a Ferrari. No doubt like you said it has flat spots, oil is probably FUBAR, and so on. I would like to know the story on the owner and the car. Surely there is an interesting reason as to how a Ferrari came to sit for a year, and not be registered since 4 years ago.

EDIT: I just thought of something! Steal it. OBVIOUSLY no one will miss it.

Coulda been cats, although leaving it in the open isn't their usual MO. Any paw prints?

I've known cars that have sat that long to become home for rats--they take up residence under the hood where, among other things, they like to gnaw on the wiring.
