Ferrari 348 Spider, BMW M3, WRX STi

Scott, the cars all look fantastic as usual and are all extremely wet! I am especially amazed at the depth and wetness of the silver Beemer, hard to achieve on light colors.

Will you be able to re-use the pad with the red paint on it? I figured if you wash it the rest is just stains and the pad will work fine, but my friend keeps saying I "ruined" his wax applicator because I got some red on it (SS paint).
 
Looks great Scott! Subaru is my most hated paint after doing a WRX this past weekend. Paint is not only very very soft, but seems like Autozone paint from a spray can.. horrible to work with.



Sorry for rant haha, good work on all three!
 
yeah what is that pitting from....on the lambo I did it had the same issues. I am not a painter so I couldnt tell the owner what it was...

Could it be from when the paint outgasses?



Seems to be on almost every car. I'd bet if the cars are sanded after it outgasses it would remove the pitting.

Josh, I was thinking that, but didnt want to comment on something I had no clue on...



I have seen fish eyes, clearcoat checking (looks like crows feet), and clearcoat failure, but with the single stage, the "dots" were something else
 
hey scott, i used that carnuba moose and optimum car wax combo on my vet for a show last wk. i took first and peoples choice. great combo. thanks.:2thumbs:
