FAQ for noobs? Sealer vs LSP

Hi, I have been looking around here for one of these to answer some basic questions. Is there one or do you just have to use the search feature and filter through all the info?

I was wondering what classifies as a sealer and it what stage in the process it is used. Do you use it between the polishing stage (with SSR or other) and the LSP (Wax, Zaino etc)?
 
The sealant is used after you have washed, clayed, removed swirls and polished......or any of those processes. You can then top with paste wax that does not have a cleaner in it.... I use Poorboys & Wolfgangs Sealants for the most part but there are plenty to choose from here threw the sponsors.

As for the search feature I use key words and that will bring up all threads that have that word in it....hope this helps
