Fantasy Football?

Well, it looks like there will only be one undefeated team after next week. It'll be an interesting match up too. Both teams are experiencing heavy losses due to bye weeks. It will just depend on who has the stronger bench.

Even though my team has been a little suspect these last weeks I still am happy to be part of this league. It has re-invigorated me for the football season. Just wait until next year. I will definitely be better prepared.

Who is ready for week 6? I know I sure am. This league is definitely an interesting one. We have 2 undefeated teams(for now), 1 other team above .500, and 5 teams just 1 game under .500. The season isn't even half way over and 8/10 teams still have a pretty good chance of contending. The other 2 teams even have a chance if they can put together a string of wins. An injury or a few bad decisions can turn any contest around.

Friendly reminder. Set your line-ups please.

I predict an upward move in my rankings this week and every week from here on.:rockon

It's times like this that I'm really happy that I picked up Adrian Peterson. And as long as he keeps on busting out those long TD runs, I'll be able to overlook the points that I'm losing on Chicago's D.

Well, the points haven't come in yet, but I think I'm done with unless Colston and Ward come up huge. Brady is having a huge game and there is still over 12 minutes left in the game.

Well I am new to this but it seems that Brady had a big day and scored 75 points or something like that. Between him and LT they scored(150).
More than my whole team this week.

Well, unless Manning and Wayne hook up for a TD, I don't think I'll win this week. I probably could have started Indy's D and put Dallas Clark in instead of Gonzalez, but it's just really hard to choose between the two. My bench players didn't help much this week either. Next week should be better because I'll have most of my starters back and will have a little more to choose from. Congrats to all of the winners!

He's not going to be able to throw those 40-50 yard bombs in a few weeks so enjoy it while it lasts. Inclement weather tends to make the ball a little more stiff and velocity goes down as well. Heck, he might even play against a tough secondary who understands his tendencies as well.

There is no stopping the Patriots as long as Brady is healthy. They haven't even started trying yet.:D

Seriously, after what they did to Dallas, do you really think anyone can stop them? I think they will do the same thing to the Colts and anyone else who crosses their path this season. I believe this Pats team is the best team I have ever seen play. They are fun to watch even when they were embarrassing the Dolphins (one of my favorite teams thanks to Marino and Shula)

Jeff Garcia is a sleeper as well. I was lucky get him. Although I lost four in a row he scored well in two of the weeks and was very good these last two weeks.

After losing four in a row it is nice to be on a winning streak of one.:yay

Somebody explain to me why Washington defense scored so well last week. I think they had a 16.

It's only week 7, they don't have a running game, they have a ticking time bomb for a #1 reciever and it hasn't even started to get cold. A lot of things can happen.

They recoverd a fumble, caught two interceptions, scored a touchdown and got 1 sack. That's 13 points right there.

Moss couldn't be any happier so I don't know what would make that change this season anyhow.

I do remember being very impressed with the Colts and I thought for sure they would have a perfect season so I could be wrong. Brady is on pace to shatter single season records though so we will see what happens.

They have a good running game, they just haven't had to use it yet. They are having too much fun passing for touchdowns.:D

Thanks for the information!! It is always better to be told but now I have to ask...Where do I go to get those answer for myself. The criteria for scoring in a fantasy league rather than relying on the automatic scoring that occurs. I am sure that it makes watching the game alot more interesting.
