Fantasy Football?

Dave it looks like you need a big game out of Donte' Stallworth tonight. All he needs to get is 95 points for you to win this week.:bigups Good Luck!

San Diego's defense really came through for me this week. I really excpected a lot more smack talking in this thread. I'm wondering if our hearts are behind these league.

That said, I'll start, you guys suck! :rockon

Alright you want some smack. I give you some smack!! Although it is a repeat of my smack talk in the league header.

It is emperically evident that it is better to be lucky than good in this league.

also, I know I am going to eat this one but.... I won my game and still have two players to be counted on the Monday nite football game.

True but if you aren't on my team you still suck. :D

It's pretty easy to talk smack when you get the first pick. Heck, I was #7 in the draft and I'm hanging with you as far as points go. I guess we'll see what happens next week in the showdown of showdowns. :D:rockon:howdy:cheers:

I would have been a lot better off if I would have started Braylon Edwards this week. Who knew it was going to be a basketball score?

Next week is in the bag. :D

By the way Tomlinson wasn't quite as great this week. I wouldn't turn him in for a stale cookie but I liked him better last week.

Your players are playing against some pretty stout defenses. If Indy rolls over Houston, it could be a very interesting match up between us.

I just lost in my other league by less than a point.:(

All I needed was for McNabb to complete one more pass but he blew it.:passout:

1st pick isn't always the best. Tomlinson isn't living up to his ranking so far and I don't think he's going to. The team just isn't the same. The shocker for me is the Saints. They really have gone down hill.

While it may not work out the best, it's almost impossible to argue that it isn't the best. You can have any player you want before anyone else gets to start narrowing down the field. You just never know how anyone is going to play on any given week until it's too late.

Remember San Diego has had to face two of the argubly better defenses in the league. Plus they are under a new offense. Not to make excuses. But with the number one pick you had to take Tomlinson, he was and is the best player in the league.

I have him on one of my other teams, and I have been winning despite him, I think he will turn it around this upcoming week.

Well, for my sake, I hope Green Bay's defense holds up and keeps LT in check. I have one or two game day decisions that I have to make for this week and they'll either pay off big or kill my chance of winning.

Well thats how it is almost everyweek...

Greenbay has been suprisingly good, especially their defense. Although up till now I am not sure they have been really tested.

I am tired of loosing...I need a win this week. :help:

If I loose does anyone have any thoughts on how I should decorate the basement :crazy2:

Well, I'm putting all my chips on Indy this week. I figure it's the only way to make up some needed points against Gearhead's team. That, and I don't have a really great feeling about Chicago's defense against Dallas' offense. I'd be more at rest if Chicago could keep from turning over the ball, but they aren't showing signs of that at this point.
