It's not for everybody. When I started I always wanted a more thorough explanation of each process but it seemed everybody would just cut to the end result. This just left me with more questions. So I made a video with all the boring prep left in.

A skeleton case plus a cheap external mic that clips to your shirt will work well. I love your videos BTW.

Went to your site and I see you got the carpets down pat. What's your technique/tools for the carpets?

...carpets are my weak point

Thanks, for general carpet cleaning I use a 4-1 mixture of Folex and de mineralized water in a tornador black. This breaks most stuff up and suspends it. Then I flush it with my carpet extractor, Mytee HP-60. I use my steamer for hard to reach areas and stubborn stains.
