I have never used the PB products and was wondering what the difference between these two products are. Once again thanks for your help

Thanks, Jon

There's alot more description in various threads in the Poorboys World Forum, but the main dif. is that EX has carnauba in it. EX-P doesn't. As to the look, EX is "richer/warmer, EX-P is clearer/more reflective.

ex-p will be a wetter look. Probably better on darker cars. Scott tol dme that :)

The EX-P is a pure sealant where as the EX has some carnuba in it too.
I like EX-P better on metallics and light cars and EX better on dark cars as a rule. That being said, I've seen some black cars with EX-P that looked awesome. I used EX on a dark green metallic Solara that took first place in its division at the recent NOPI Nationals in Atlanta.

The bottom line is that both are great products. Personally if I were using Polish with Carnuba to prep I'd use EX to top it and if I were using Professional Polish I'd use EX-P...not that you couldn't use EX too. I have used EX-P to top Klasse AIO with outstanding results and will be trying VM topped by EX-P next.
