Can I do this?

Here is what I have currently on my car!

2 Coats of EX
2 Coats of Nattys blue
2 Coats of Nattys regular

Can I apply sealent on top of the Wax? or will it remove the wax?

I would hesitate to put EX or EX-P on top of all your carnauba paste layers. There is likely to be some "cleaning" effect due to the carrier solvents that are present in most liquid waxes and sealants. The amount of cleaning will depend upon your method of application (hand application with a foam applicator won't remove nearly as much as a PC with a polishing pad). If you have the new versions of EX and EX-P, you may also experience bonding issues which would lead to diminished durability.

:yeah I think there would definatly be some bonding issues on with sealant on carnauba. If not then there woudl still be a durability issue. Just keep layering the nattys! :D

:yeah

You should put Natty's on top of EX or EX-P instead of topping Natty's with a sealant.

Wookie,

You raise a good point! That was my inital feeling about applying EX or even EX-on top of Nattys/Nattys Blue. Like I said its kind of like a Hard candy shell on top of the whole package!

PwC only has a little bit of carnauba for looks. When used as a base coat, you are mainly using it for its polishing and polymer protection qualities. Even then, you run the risk of reduced durability for any sealants layered over top of it.
