everyone's fav. car wash?

Showcar soap. My own formula with lavender and coconut conditioners and soaps plus gloss enhancers and polymer sealants.

Sodium, alkaline & phosphate free

Super Slick & Wax was a limited edition product. AFAIK, there were only two batches produced: the original tiny prototype batch plus one production run. I stocked up while it was available.

Well that makes sense as to why I can't get any...thanks.

Yeah I would call a case of gallons stocking up :lol2:

There are a few distributors with limited stock still available;)

Why was the SS and wax a limited production?

Couple reasons ..first we don't stock all the ingredients needed to make it. Second I don't have room in my warehouse to stock a second car wash.
(Virtually all stock was shipped to distributors within a couple weeks)

We are planning another run in the Fall ;)

Got ya Steve...glad that I know I still have most of the gallon that I got from you...

I can keep it for you Steve :D

BTT, I like BMW Autowash

I'd be interested to see who makes that for BMW

ON a couple of BMW forums in the detail sections a lot brag about the BMW wax and wash stuff saying that its designed for BMW only:bow

The BMW shampoo is one of my favorites as well. If SS&S and SS&W didn't exist, I would still be using the BMW product.

BTW, here is a link to a very old thread where we discussed BMW, Sonax, NTS7, et al shampoos and who we thought manufactured which products -

P&S Wash N Wax is what I'm usually using, but I ran out the other day and rushed to Kragen to buy some soap and got a bottle of the Eagle 1 car wash. Not half bad IMO, a lot of suds and pretty slick :bigups

i just used for the first time cg's citrus wash, tons of suds thru out the whole wash cycle, excellent lubricity, left the car looking wet. 2 capfuls is all you'll need for 4 gallons of water, you don't want to use any more than that.:rockon

I was addicted to Megs NXT for a while, but it disappeared from the shelves at my local Target and Walmarts. I haven't seen it in months. Man, I miss that stuff.

I have been using Turtle Wax's Ice wash for the last 2 or 3 bottles. Its okay and it seems to spot less, but I miss my NXT.

I use NXT wash. It's cheap and I drive right by NAPA on my way home from work. I like the smell, and it works well in my foam gun. Also, because of the price, I dont feel too bad if I over mix or I spill some (which is my luck) transferring it to smaller bottles from the 64 oz.
