remember the key to a nice car is prevention, keep the interior clean, wash it correctly (your car is swirless, keep it that way), protect the heck out of it
 
You'll love the 330. I bought my wife a jet black 330I a few months ago and my obsession towards keeping it swirl-free and shiny has made me become a member of this forum. Although technically it's my wife's car, I'm the one that has to keep it looking nice and her job is simply to drive it around and get it dirty! I'm envious that you have the coupe. I practically begged her to choose the coupe, but no no no.... she absolutely had to have the sedan. Argh!



You wrote in your link that there is a little bit more cabin noise than anticipated, but my dealer told me that that was done purposefully to maintain a sporty feel and to make the tiptronic shifter more enjoyable. I love the way the engine growls when the car is turned on. The only downsides to this car I can think of are that the wheels tend to get dirty quickly and the air-conditioning isn't all that powerful. Other than that, I would say that it's the PERFECT car and I intend to tirelessly detail it.
 
Awsome ride.....and garage. Gotta love that painted floor and 3 doors!! Is yours a 2001 or 2002???? I have a 2002 on order and thought the corner lenses were going to be clear on the Sport Pkg.

Thanks guys! The model is a 2001. Wife wanted 4 door too, but our young kids now get in and out of their booster-type carseats now, and believe it or not, there's plenty of room in the back for a 6' adult like me...you wouldn't want to travel 8 hours in the backseat, but for 1-3 hour cruises, its not bad at all.



Will do on the prevention. I'm armed with $400 worth of car care products!
 
This is one of the biggest weeks of the year for travel and there's a lot of weather across the country this week! Everyone be safe, take your time and get there an hour later!:biggrin:
