Everyone loves P21S/S100

love using S100, it does make waxing a pleasure, with the ease of applying and buffing, you can do 2 coats before most people have done one:xyxthumbs i have alot left from my first jar, will prob get another one just to have, id love to try Pinnacles Paste Glaz though

Most of the Harley Davidson shops carry the S100 line! Make sure you buy at least 2 jars of the S100 Carnauba paste wax. Once you try it, you will see why I suggested that you buy two jars; you will love the stuff!!:bow

I wonder if in a few months someone will create a thread entitled, "Everyone loves Vanilla Moose/Moose Wax"?

Do you think it will overtake S100 as the board's favorite?

I haven't tried VM/MW yet, just got my Quik Shine.

Newbie on the list... is S100 and P21S the exact same thing? I was told that S100 is a cleaner wax, whereas P21 is not. I'm sure someone knows.

Thanks,

Mike

S100 doesnt have any cleaners as far as I know..I know it wont take off water spots..

I believe its the same as P21s only cheaper..

Everyone's talking about going to the Harley dealer and paying $21-$26.00 for a jar.........Isn't the same S100 wax listed on the CMA site for $14.95?

If you're reading this off of 2hotford's post, you don't know where the Okanagan Valley is, do you? :) It's in Canada, where $21-$26 for S100 is a decent price.

You can get in "some" Harley Davidson dealers. (some= my local dealer will not bring it in because he says that he has to order a min. of 12 cans per order....BS!!!!)

I actually get mine at a local Kawasaki dealer! He buys/orders from Parts Canada (www.partscanada.com) It is under "chemicals" then "all categories".

The retail is $26.99 but I get it for around $21.00 plus tax.

It is really an excellent product. It is hard to get in some areas, especially mine, so I stocked up!

:xyxthumbs

I was responding to someone who asked the question from Canada (Meangreen) which explains my reference to the Canadian distributor.

In the USA, I believe that the going price is @$14

A great deal if you ask me!!:up

And just in case your particular local stores don't have S100 SEC (like none of mine did) suburbanharley.com has it for the best price I've seen, ($7.88). They have the wax for $13.16, which is also the cheapest I'm aware of. The service is great, too.

So S100 and P21S are the same products, the wax and the cleanser? I'm putting together my new detailing cabinet so I needa know! ;)

I was considering Souveran, but I think I'll try the P21S/S100 first and pocket the $50. I'll be using these to detail my new Lexus as well as my Explorer so I'm tempted to waste the money, do you all think its worth it?

Also wanted to add, the Explorer is white, and the Lexus is a real dark burgandy, almost black. My thinking is the P21S/S100 is the best buy for right now because I wont be detailing the Lexus until Mayish probably. My thinking is that the Souveran would be wasted on the white vs P21S.

I just wanted to add if you cant find a Harley dealer that has the S100 products in stock (many times they're sold out), you can try any other motorcycle dealerships like Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, etc. as S100 is a popular product. I was able to buy the S100 wax at a Suzuki dealership only 3 blocks from my house.

I just bought some S100 SEC to go along with the S100 Paste Wax; excellent stuff! Goes on easy and wipes off even easier!

I also bought some S100 Finish Restorer to try as well!!:xyxthumbs

I just bought some S100 paste wax but have not used it yet. Can omeone tell me the best way to apply and remove. I mean can I apply it to the entire vehicle and then remove?
