Etched Clear Coat polish

Can anyone give me a couple of suggestions by brand name for a product to use to blend an area about the size of a quarter?



A bird dropping caused this in just a few days! I have a little stain left. When you view the area (on my hood) at an angle, it is very obvious that the finish is not smooth. I just want to blend the rough edges and promote no further damage to the effect spot.

i am using meg's #9 for swirl type scratches and 3M fine cut for scratches then #9 over it. i apply by hand and take my time on small areas at a time. so, these products are working for me.
