Engine Detailing tools?

I am going to be detailing my engine in the next few weeks and im just curious if anyone has some suggestions on tools and brushes to use for the process!

Brushes sponges?

In the past I have found cheep brushes from walmart and such but I didn't know if anyon had any unconventional tools they could recomend!

I use the cpeap ones from Wal Mart and the likes one I use a lot os a mechanics brush the brissles point out the end of the handle. I think that PAC has that one. Another one is a toliet brush can reach down into areas you can't, and can buy a throw away one for cheap. Paint brushes are a good thing as well.

I use the EZ detsil brush from TOL and assortment of other smal brushes.

I could NOT do an engine without the EZ brush.

Once everything is cleaned and shined I maintain the engine with Swiffer dusters. After everydrive of over 50 miles or weekly, I dust it down. The Swiffer duster gets in the nooks and crannies real well! :bigups

I have teeny nooks & crannies!

You guys must have roomier engine bays than me! I can't fit anything in some of the nooks & crannies! But somehow, the dust gets in there!
Any suggestions for those tight spots?
