What's a nice way to make my top engine block (valve cover) look clean? It has some oil stains and dirt stains which won't come off using Meg APC+ and other all-purpose cleaners. I also tried alloy wheel cleaners but the stains remain.
I have modest expectations... to just make the engine block (valve cover) look like new aluminum. Not shiny because aluminum is not shiny.
BTW, my car is a 1994 Honda Civic.
