I was cleaning out my e-mail folders the other day and ran across a note from Aaron Krause (edge pads). I realized that I never took the time to thank him for his excellent customer service.
Last summer/fall I tried the edge 2000 system -double sided pads & adapter bit for the PC & rotary. I had problems with the PC pads seperating from the backing plate and disintegrating from the inside (near the adapter).
I contacted Aaron about the problem, and let me tell you.... he's all about customer service. Aaron discussed the problem with me openly and asked me to send him the defective pads. Two days later I got a box from Aaron. Not only had he replaced my defective pads -he replaced EVERY pad in my order (8 or so pads). On top of that, Aaron sent me several follow up messages to make sure the problem had been fixed and that I was a 100% satisfied customer. I think it's important to let folks know when folks give a 110% to satisfy their customers and offer a fine product.
