One of my friends gave me 2 Eagle One 16 x 24 really nice grey MF towels he picked up at a GoodGuys car show.
These towels are very plush and soft .. made in Korea .. they are excellent for steak free drying .. I tried them for removing #16 and SG .. worked excellent. I washed them .. came out excellent.
Would I buy/recommend them .. not a chance.
And the reason is... Eagle One in all thier wisdom sewed in a triangular scratchy "Eagle one" lable into one corner of the towel basically making the towel useless because you can't remove it. The towel also has the typical "Made in Korea" lable which can be removed but the corner lable removal means pulling the stitching out which is going to lead to the unravilling of the towel.
The lable did marr the surface on normal product removal on a red Honda I was doing today when I exposed the paint to the corner with the lable.
The towel *may* be ok for windows and interior cleaning but I'm sure it wouldn't be cost effective. I'm not sure of the cost but the don't seem like a low end towel. Eagle One site lists them for $4.99 each.
