I had nothing to do this afternoon so I cleaned and conditioned my godmother's couches with Eagle One Leather cleaner and their Conditoner.
I applied the cleaner with a brush and buffed off (turned my towel an ugly grey.) I then massaged in the conditioner. I applied it heavily to a nice gloss. I then let it soak in for an hour. I took a clean terry towle and buffed off (turned my towel grey too.) the gloss was away and a nice satin glow remained.
My question is, the resulting finish was left kind of tacky, is this normal?
I am also trying to get some Leatherique, well the special for a gallon of the oil and clean for $120. Will this soften the leather even more (well it was softened a little but not a lot.) ?
Don't get me wrong, the EO stuff made the sofas a little newer, but I want more.
