Duragloss product line

I was just wondering why it does not get much mention on here . I know the board has a lot of other products that are favored here , so maybe thats why.



I have used their stuff for a long time and have had great results with everything from durability , shine , the dressings they have , ect.... they have last a easy 6 months with winter salt and car washes here in winter and some of my customers actually prefer it. It give that sealant look , but not like a Zaino plastic look . Kind of an in between nuba / sealant look.



Available sometimes over the counter although not here where i live . I have to order stuff from them usually . But most everything you can find over the counter if you look hard enough.



I have had great results with these products . NO im not saying it's the best by any means , but damn good stuff .

Fallguy--there are a couple of pro detailers over on the VW Vortex Detailing website who use 105 on a regular basis with their clients. I'm in the process of moving over to Duragloss from Zaino. I've been using their detail spray and AquaWax and have been very impressed. Next up is 105--Do you feel in your experience that it is best to use the 601 bonding agent or is that not necessary? Also, if I used Zaino All in One (I have some left over) as a base coat, waited 8-12 hours for curing do you think the cleaners in 105 would just remove the Zaino? Thanks!!
 
Duragloss IS a great product line that ranks right at the top with Zaino and other boutique lines without the associated high costs. I'd say Duragloss is 95% of Zaino. I use both and they're great. Zaino does seem to have a slight edge in optical brighteners in their overall appearance. Side by side, you can see the slight difference.



On another note, I had a business client in South East Asia send me a Wipe-on Walk-away spray sealant made by Duragloss that is very similar to Zaino Z-CS. It's formulated specifically for the extreme harsh climate down there. I use it on my windshields and it works great to shed rain without the wipers and lasts a long time.

Duragloss also makes a rinseless car wash similar to ONR but it's not available in the USA for some reason or another...maybe VOCs?

Try DG 111...less cleaners and, sooo easy to use it is almost funny. Looks great and very economical as it spreads like a dream. I'm a big fan of 111.
 
i'm a big fan of the dg line, i like their fc&s, aw,and their rv and marine detailer. i usually mix the fc&s w/rv and marine detailer 50/50 and use it both as my detailer on a dry surface or as a drying agent after a wash.
 
ok so I have my truck clean with 2 coats of 845IW on it.



Where should I go from here with applying or switching to DG ? Would you try to strip off the 845IW or just go over it with 501 , 601 , 105 , 111 ??

I wouldn't strip 845 unless you really have an itch to try something else. 845 is a fantastic product, even among my ever-growing collection.
 
Im only going to play on a different panel so I can see what differences there are and what they look like . I have been using their stuff for years and really love it .
 
I would like to add that Dura Gloss service is top notch. Shipping $5.00 for any size order. They made a mistake with my order, sent the proper order, and let me keep the mistaken product. This is the first time I've tried their 821 wheel cleaner and it is about the best I've used. I'm a happy customer.
 
Yes DG service is top notch and just wonderful people there.



How many layer DG 111 as last step or have you tried that ?
