Today I receive the following DG products
501 Marine
671 Swirl Remover
652 PC-2

Im still waiting on the car soap and clay to arrive.

meanwhile if I try the 671 1st and then I want to use the 652 would I have to change the pad and microfiber I use to remove the other product plus re-clean the paint before using another type of cleaner?

You will have to use different pads because 671 contains protective properties where pc-2 does not. So if you use pc-2 after 671 you will remove the protection and will have to apply a sealant or wax after. Try using pc-2 followed by 501, then try 671 alone and compare them. I haven't used them enough to say what will provide the best look.

Another question can the following be use on all windows? layer up just like the paint areas? or just use one of them, which one?

DG 105 Performance Polish
DG 951 Aquawax
DG 521 Marine Detailer

On the pad applicator can you use 2 product one on each side?
same for buffing a different towel per application?
