After a bit of research I found this mostly happens to white cars and buildings. Here`s a quote I found from a entomologist. " Neat - you`re observing a very interesting phenomenon in Bugdom. Your car has soaked up the heat from the sun - and it gives that heat back to the environment in what`s called "black-body radiation". That`s invisible heat waves - and when they reach just a particular frequency, the flies become excited by this for some reason and want to go share in the fun. You see this with metal buildings too. The color of your car would have some affect since the color changes the frequency a little which is given off by the metal of the car. It`s one of those amazing things you see in entomology - and the only book I`ve ever seen about this is "Tuning Into Nature" which has been out of print for many years. It`s really brilliant work, but nobody cares, I guess. Found a reprint of it! So the book is still around. It`s really quite important stuff when you get into bugs and radiation and what it means to agriculture and just life itself.Source(s):Amazon.com Page Not Found...

I noticed some bugs were attracted to my Caddy last summer after I used Uber rinseless. Never saw them before or after. My car was parked inside in a cooler garage.

But as Boden pointed out this could be a heat/frequency thing.

I think Boden idea is more likely due to the bugs being more concentrated to the paint vs the glass and they are concentrated in areas suggesting the bugs are finding the perfect frequency. Kinda cool if Boden`s hypothesis is correct.
