dsms detail - White Bentley GT correction

That is how its done boys! Dave not only do you have the talent of a great detailer, but your a professional on every aspect of the game. Your a good example of what we need to set. There is a lot we can all learn from you. Let aside the detailing skills. Those are great. I"m talking about the work uniforms, your abilites to show the correction, the rubber gloves, and so on. David you know I enjoy your threads. This one is another great one. Great job as always. Oh yea Thanks for the reveiw on the swissvax PNEU. I got to try it now.

Really do appreciate the words Barry.

To be honest I feel a young guy like myself has to work a little harder to convey a professional image to clients, let them think im 25 if possible!

Dealing with a new client, such as this Bentley owner (who is an awesome guy, late 40's and a motocross freak if you couldn't tell) I need to assure them there is no doubt despite my age that I can do the work at a high level and handle their cars as any professional would with 20years in the biz.

Being on point, in uniform and running completely self sufficient in their garage (bring all my own food, water and bother the owners as little as possible) is a great way to earn respect and most importantly trust.

First morning the owner choose to move the Bentley in and out of the garage for me, by the first night he said whenever I need to move it to just go ahead.

And Barry although its expensive compared to stuff you can get in a gallon Pneu is awesome, you know I am not a boutique brand type of guy but when something works really well it cant be ignored, plus a little bottle will go a very very long way. I have about 60% left and I have done quite a few cars with it.

Awesome work David!! Agree, the grills rank right up there with the back ends of the Lambo.

If anyone has driven one of these GT's they will agree that this is a real car. Not a better performance luxury car on the planet. These things are like rocket tubes strapped to a rock.

Great detail as always David! Just a quick question however, where did you get your shirts made? I have a little mad money and I've been meaning to get some done myself.

I too look after a 07 reg Cont GT Mulliner, dread that grill every time, plus those false tailpipes, a dog to clean as are the split rim internals. Nice paint to work on though, sprayed (machine or hand???) very well no orange peel on these babys. You dont mention what LSP you used or did I miss it?, it produced a deep gloss even on white, nice work mate!

Its funny the owner kept telling me how much he enjoys the GT for that same reason, I would rock a the GT Speed just to ensure there is enough get up and go when im done playing a round at the country club :LOLOL

Nice work, very professional. Keep up the good work! I'm sure your clients appreciate the time and dedication you put into this craft.

Bentley paint corrects beautifully. The grille sucks!! You seemed to make both 100% perfect! Great victory once again Dave!
